 A weekend away from the city or an extended vacation – Middle Creek Campground offers for something for everyone. Bring your pole and wet your line in our trout stocked fish ponds, head out on Jennings Creek, or float down the James River.
Take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool while enjoying magnificent mountain views, or bring your mountain bike or hiking shoes and head up the mountain.
 Take a day hike on the Appalachian Trail or other trails in the Jefferson National Forest. Play a game of horseshoes or basketball or enjoy a game of tag on a large grassy area.
On Saturday mornings we have arts and crafts at 10: 30am. Tired from all the fun you had during the day? Stop by the snack bar and pick up dinner! Our store is stocked with a variety of groceries and gifts.
 We also offer clean bathrooms, a dump station (free with 2 night stay), mobile pump outs, a snack bar, a propane refill station, hiker supplies, ice, a pavilion picnic shelter, and a playground.
